Changes and help after the first month
For the first month after launch, changes and help are free with every package. After that, if you need them, choose a package of hours.

Technical maintenance of the website (hosting, SSL, updates, security) is included in the yearly subscription. The hours are for content changes and help. Order from the client portal.

How payment works
You receive an invoice for every payment.
- When you order, you pay 50% of the first-year price. The remaining 50% is paid before the website goes live.
- You pay by bank transfer or by card via a payment link.
- 30 days before the end of each year you receive a renewal invoice with a payment link. We also remind you 14, 7 and 1 day before the due date.
- If the renewal is not paid, the website is temporarily taken offline. Details are in the Terms and Conditions.
Questions about prices
What does the first year include?
Building the website according to your package, hosting, an SSL certificate, mailboxes, maintenance and access to the panel for 12 months from launch. The Business package also includes the domain.
What does the yearly renewal include?
Hosting, mailboxes, updates, backups and technical maintenance for the next 12 months. If you added extra mailboxes, they are renewed as well.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. You can move to a bigger package at any time. We will tell you the exact extra cost in advance.
What if I want to leave?
The domain stays yours and you receive all your texts, photos and inquiries free of charge. The code and the panel belong to Linkche and are not sold. If you wish, you can get a static copy of the website for €300.
Do you build online shops?
Yes – that is the Online sales package. Every shop is different, so we prepare a custom quote. Tell us what you sell and how you want to accept payments.
How long does it take?
Your website is usually ready within a few weeks of receiving your texts and photos. We tell you the exact deadline at the start and we keep to it.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay the package price and the extra services you choose yourself – all of them are priced on this page. Beyond that, you may only pay for the domain in the Card and Showcase packages (directly to the registrar), a static copy of the website if you leave (€300) and removal of the “Website by Linkche” link (€500). For requests that are not on the list, we send you a price in advance. Everything is also described in the Terms and Conditions.
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. You pay for one year and decide yourself whether to renew. If you do not renew, you receive your texts, photos and inquiries free of charge.
How are the hours of changes counted?
Before each change we tell you how long it will take and start only after your approval. If it turns out that more time is needed, we stop and ask you – without your consent we never charge more than you approved. Time is counted in 15-minute units, and purchased hours are to be used within 12 months.
All prices are in euros. Prices are final – the company is not VAT-registered and does not charge VAT.
