Privacy Policy

1. Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is [TEST] ЕООД, UIC 23523423423, with registered office and address of management at [Седалище и адрес на управление] (hereinafter “Linkche”, “we”).

2. What data we collect

• When you send us an inquiry: name, business, phone, email, preferred contact channel, your current website address (if you provide it), chosen package, discount code (if any), the text of your message, IP address and time of sending.
• When you become our client: billing details, contact details of you or your representative and correspondence related to the contract.
• When you visit the website: technical data that the server records automatically – IP address, browser type, page visited and time.

We do not collect special categories of data and do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Why we use the data and on what legal basis

• To reply to your inquiry and send you a quote – steps taken before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).
• To perform the contract, issue invoices and keep accounts – performance of a contract and a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
• To protect the website against abuse and attacks – legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep the data

• Inquiries that did not lead to a contract – up to 12 months from receipt.
• Contract and invoice data – for the periods set by accounting and tax legislation.
• Technical server records – for a short period needed for the security of the website.

5. Who we share the data with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. It may only be accessible to:

• the provider of the server on which the website is hosted;
• the email service provider through which we receive and send correspondence;
• our accountant – for invoice data;
• payment institutions (for example Revolut) when you pay by card;
• public authorities – where required by law.

The website fonts are loaded from the Bunny Fonts service of BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia. The service receives the technical data needed for loading (such as your IP address) and does not use cookies.

The website uses Cloudflare, Inc. for protection against attacks and faster loading. Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser information) as a data processor on our behalf.

6. Transfers outside the EU

When data is transferred outside the European Union (for example when Cloudflare is used), this only happens with appropriate safeguards – a European Commission adequacy decision, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right:

• to receive information about and a copy of the data we process about you;
• to request correction of inaccurate data;
• to request erasure of the data when there is no basis for keeping it;
• to request restriction of processing;
• to receive your data in a structured format and transfer it to another controller;
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.

8. How we protect the data

The website only works over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to inquiries is restricted and protected by a password and two-factor authentication. We make regular backups and delete old inquiries once the period under section 4 has expired.
